Returned goods

If you bought a product in our online store and it does not meet your expectations, you can return it without giving a reason within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

How to return the product.

1. Print and fill out the Consumer Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement (PDF format, WORD document) and send it to rhonatt@rhonatt.cz, or fill out the electronic form.
2. The form must be sent no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. The period begins the day after the customer receives the goods.
3. The goods do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but the supplier has the right to pay the costs associated with returning the goods to their original condition.
4. Pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport (ideally in the original packaging).
5. Send the goods to the address below
